Pitt’s Director of Jazz Studies, Nicole Mitchell Gantt, will be joined by talented New York We Have Voice Collective members María Grand (saxophones), Kavita Shah (vocals), and Fay Victor (vocals) for a discussion panel on Music, Equity and Safe(r) Spaces, followed by a performance of original music. Free presentation at 6:30 followed by the ticketed concert at 7:30.
